Each year more than 14% of the Homeowner Associations HOA within the United States will change management companies. This does not include those homowner associations that are self-managed. Therefore, as a service to our clients, the entire community, and the property management profession we are providing the tools necesary to obtain current information for each homeowner association HOA or community association within the Pikes Peak region. INSTRUCTIONS

A). Physical property address is known but homeowner association HOA is unknown. 1) Select the following link City of Colorado Springs - Neighborhoods Map. 2) Enlarge the PDF map to find the street location. 3) Identify the corresponding Homeowner Association with the corresponding index key at the bottom of the page. B). Name of the Homeowner Association HOA is known but the management company is unknown. 1). Select the followiing link: State of Colorado - Secretary of State. 2). Type in the name of the homeowner or community association. 3). Search for the documents listed and select that document which reads "Good Standing". 4). Identify the Registered Agent and the contact information.

C). Name of Association is known, but need a contact number. 1). Select the following link: State of Colorado - HOA Information Office and Resource Center (Department of Regulatory Agencies - Real Estate Division).
